You will join a collaborative team with decades of experience, backed by a strong pipeline of future projects. This role offers the chance to lead projects that have a lasting impact on local communities, while building a long-term career with a supportive, well-structured company.About the PositionYou'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction through to occupancy-while coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and site staff. As the key leader on the project, you'll align teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure success.Key Responsibilities:Partner with consultants, owners, architects, municipalities, contractors, and subtrades to manage project deliveryLead project teams with a focus on clear communication and accountabilityOversee tendering, negotiations, and contract management while fostering strong, lasting relationships with external partnersPlan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment within budgetary requirementsLead pre-construction planning, budgets, and schedules; monitor and adjust as needed throughout the projectManage project coordinators reporting to you on a daily basisOversee the project from pre-construction to occupancy, ensuring compliance with safety standardsRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering large-scale ($100M+) construction projectsBackground in residential, commercial, and/or institutional (ICI) constructionStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsComfortable working from an on-site office environmentExperience with structured systems, processes, and managing complex stakeholdersTrack record of success with demanding clients and complex, high-value projectsCompensationBase Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)Bonus: Healthy and attainable structureBenefits: Comprehensive medical and dental coverageVacation: 3 weeks minimumRRSP Matching ProgramTuition reimbursement and ongoing professional developmentAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
