Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met. This role requires strong project management experience and proven leadership capabilities.Why Join AGF Rebar?There are many great reasons to build your career with us:Comprehensive insurance plan (health, dental and vision) from day oneCompetitive salary between $95 000 to $105 000 depending on experienceGroup RRSP with employer contribution (4%)Annual bonuses and salary reviewsTelemedicine service and employee assistance program from day oneUp to $600 per year reimbursed for physical activity expenses to promote health and well-beingPaid vacation5 sick daysKey Responsibilities:Review all tender documents (drawings, specifications, instructions)Request required bonding, insurance, and documentationCoordinate safety documentation with the Safety CoordinatorEvaluate project risks and provide actionable solutionsDevelop and maintain project management and fabrication schedulesAlign internal schedules with customer construction timelinesMonitor project plans, labor hours, and budget vs. actualsCoordinate fabrication and field installation with shop and site teamsEnsure materials comply with specifications and design requirementsManage and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, and change ordersAttend stakeholder meetings and follow up on action itemsMaintain ongoing communication with site supervisors and foremenPlan jobsite deliveries and confirm site readinessResolve jobsite issues in collaboration with customersSubmit project close-out documentation (QA, certifications, warranties)Perform other duties as assigned by the General ManagerQualifications & Requirements+3 years of proven project management experience in the rebar, structural steel, or construction industryDiploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is an assetProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusAbility to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completionStrong understanding of formal project management methodologiesBudget & Scheduling management experienceAre you ready to take your career to new heights with AGF Rebar inc ?
