Job details:Farm Labour Supervisor (Foreman/Woman) Full Time Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00 pm $24.00 hourlyJob Responsibilities:The following are general guidelines designed to provide a fundamental understanding of responsibilities and how to fulfill them. Orientation and training will be provided. Coordinate, assign and supervise farm workers Assist with growing and other crop related operations Train farm workers Ensure farm safety/food safety procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records May perform general farm duties Assist with and operate general farm equipment and maintenance of equipment and toolsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: College or diploma program or equivalent 2 years experience in a greenhouse environmentPhysical Abilities: Able to lift heavy material (up to 23 kg/50lbs) Able to climb and stand on feet for extended period of time Work in temperature controlled environment of approximately 25C Must be able to bend, twist, stretch or reach with body, arms and /or legsJob Requirements:The incumbent will be committed to customer service excellence and leading by example.
