Install electrical wiring lights, switches, power outlets, and other electrical components in buildings. Repair broken wires, circuits, and other electrical parts. Connect wires and pull them through holes in surfaces and walls. Install holders and hangers to hold up electrical appliances to keep them in place safely. Provide power connections to different systems such as audio and video systems, heating and cooling units, etc. Perform electrical testing using meters and diagnostic tools to verify circuit continuity and safety. Check circuits to ensure proper operation of equipment. Fix electrical issues and adjust and replace the damaged electrical components using appropriate testing devices Connect wires to units and fixtures to create electric circuits. Inspect circuit breakers and ensure continuous maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure safety. Perform general electrical maintenance and prepare maintenance records.
