Our mission is to deliver a unified 360 approach that allows online retailers to grow sustainably and compete at a global level.We're hiring a Senior Global E-Commerce Strategist to architect and enforce the overarching eCommerce strategy across all EZShop clients. This role sets the standards for PPC, AI-enhanced SEO, conversion optimization, and retention, ensuring every client benefits from the same high-performance global framework. This is a senior, strategy-heavy position requiring deep expertise in paid media, SEO, data analysis, and modern AI-powered marketing workflows.What You'll Lead:Global Strategy OwnershipBuild and maintain a unified 360 strategy used across the entire agency.Ensure consistency in Paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, and retention strategy for all clients.Define the strategic playbook used by internal teams and new hires.Performance Marketing LeadershipCreate and enforce global frameworks for paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).Develop agency-wide standards for budgeting, testing, creative strategy, and ROAS optimization.Oversee key client campaigns and advise specialists during high-volume periods.Global SEO & AI-Driven Search StrategyArchitect the global SEO methodology for all EZShop clients.Integrate AI-powered workflows, tools, and content systems to keep clients competitive in an AI-first search landscape (AI overviews, semantic clustering, structured data alignment, etc.).Ensure all client sites are optimized for both traditional search and AI-generated results at a global/GEO level.Build scalable systems for keyword ownership, content structure, and technical SEO coordination across brands.Storefront Performance & UX StandardsDefine global principles for Shopify optimization, site architecture, conversion rate optimization, and page performance.Ensure all storefronts meet quality, UX, and seasonal alignment requirements.Analytics & Global Reporting SystemsBuild the KPI frameworks, reporting templates, and scorecards used across all accounts.Review performance across the portfolio and identify systemic gaps.Direct team members on high-impact actions based on data.Cross-Department LeadershipCollaborate with design, development, content, and marketing to ensure unified execution.Support internal training and the onboarding of new clients into the EZShop global methodology.Industry, AI & Platform IntelligenceMonitor search engine changes, AI-driven SERP behavior, platform updates, and emerging acquisition trends.Continuously evolve EZShop's global strategy to stay ahead of competitors.What We're Looking For5+ years of senior experience in eCommerce strategy, performance marketing, and SEO.Deep expertise in scaling ads and organic channels across multiple brands.Strong command of Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO tooling.Experience with AI-driven SEO techniques (semantic clustering, structured data, AI Overview optimization, content systems).Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.Ability to guide multiple specialists and ensure consistent execution across clients.Bilingual French/English - written and spoken.Bonus SkillsExperience with Lightspeed or POS-integrated eCommerce systems.Experience with Klaviyo/Mailchimp or lifecycle automation.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify theme logic.How to ApplyIf you want to lead the global eCommerce marketing strategy of an agency while shaping the performance of hundreds of retail brands, we'd like to meet you.
