As part of the regional CBI Home Health Services team, the Occupational Therapist (OT) works in the home care setting serving communities in Mississauga/Halton. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates. The caseloads are flexible to both full and part time.

What you need to be successful

You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
Your bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset and comfortable working with new software and systems
