Health Services Coordinator

Job description

Position Summary: As a health services coordinator your role wll include:
Greeting clients
Taking multiple calls
Booking in-town appointments
Coordinating national testing appointments
Receiving results from national testing appointments and organizing charts for nurse & physician review
Organize results on database for non-negative drug tests.
Filing charts
Organize invoices for the finance coordinator
Opening mail and organizing it appropriately
Receiving results from fax machine
Updating Electronic Medical Records
Implement cost controls
Ordering inventory and supplies

Requirements:
Strong process development and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, Fresh books, Sage, Word, MED Access EMR and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
Proven ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service and products to both internal and external clients
Ability to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
