Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations smoothly
Coordinate patient care with dental providers and clinical staff
Supervise training, scheduling, and vacation management
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards
Handle administrative tasks including recruitment, scheduling, reporting, and financial transactions
Maintain office inventory of supplies and equipment
Assist with budgeting and financial management
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare and lead office meetings, update manuals, and job descriptions
Provide support to team members as needed

About You:
Required: 2-5 years of prior experience in dental administration and practice management
Experience in supervising or managing business operations, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and personne
Familiarity with dental software systems like Cleardent; proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous
Skills in accounts receivable (AR), payroll, staff management, vacation planning, and overseeing daily office operations
Mature demeanor with capability to supervise and lead a team
Previous experience as a licensed CDA is beneficial
Software Proficiency: Experience with Cleardent or Tracker software
HR Skills: Strong capabilities in human resources
Scheduling: Excellent scheduling and recall management, capable of handling last-minute adjustments
Financial Management: Familiarity with budgeting processes
Leadership: Experience in team supervision or management preferred
Experience in supervising or managing business operations, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and personnel
HR Skills: Strong capabilities in human resources
