Senior Business Case Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Case Analyst to lead the development of high-quality, evidence-based business cases supporting major technology infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong business writer, analytical thinker, and strategic partner who can collaborate effectively with senior executives, technical teams, finance, procurement, and multi-disciplinary project groups. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to successful completion. Provide clear, regular status reporting on risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones. Prepare and deliver high-quality decision-making materials for executive governance forums. Support planning and design activities that inform technology infrastructure business cases. Work closely with technical, architecture, and facility operations teams. Produce clear, concise documentation aligned with organizational standards. Assist project leaders with stakeholder engagement and business case presentations. Specific Responsibilities Develop comprehensive business cases and project charters for projects of varying sizes and complexity. Identify financial, technical, and evidence-based inputs required to build strong recommendations. Lead end-to-end drafting of business cases under tight deadlines. Guide teams on business case structure, content expectations, and quality requirements. Prepare materials and facilitate discussions for governance and steering committee meetings. Coordinate with vendor resources where needed for business case inputs. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while proactively identifying risks or delays. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences. Support project managers in documenting cost changes and rationale during project execution. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large enterprise environments. 4+ years of hands-on experience writing business cases. Strong exposure to structured PMO environments. Proven track record working closely with senior leaders and executives. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly detail-oriented. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with finance and procurement teams on business case development. Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation facilitation capabilities. Ability to challenge expert input professionally and provide constructive feedback. Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with Clinical Information Systems. Previous consulting or agency experience supporting large transformation initiatives.
