Configuration ManagementImplement CSDM 5.0 aligned CMDB data model.Configure ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping across on-prem environments.Categorize Business Services, Technical Services, Application Services, and infrastructure Cis within ServiceNow.Configure required attributes, CI relationships, assignment and support groups within ServiceNow.Support implementation including establishing data quality rules, deduplication logic.2.
