_ Marketing Consultant Junior _

_ Contract 12 months _

_Reporting to the Senior Manager Sponsorship, you will assist in the development, planning and execution of marketing, sponsorship and communication initiatives designed to leverage Bells investment in various sponsorship properties. This position, based in Toronto, will be responsible for the successful execution of programs and initiatives that play a role in our sponsorship activation strategy including Ontario sports, entertainment, and esports properties._

_ Specific responsibilities: _
_Daily interface with key representatives from our sponsored properties_
_Be accountable for sponsorship projects which you will be responsible for_
_Build and develop activation plans for sponsorship properties_
_Build, plan and execute the schedule and critical path for each property by coordinating the work of internal and external stakeholders_
_Development of creative briefs, reports and presentations to share project objectives and results_
_Execute and oversee the mandates of agencies, events, content producers, staff supplier and services_
_Work with other business units and agency partners to ensure all communications materials and activations are on brand_
_Other event time responsibilities as assigned_
_Build, track and keep team accountable on budgets for each project assigned_

_ Essential skills/competencies: _
_Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a sports marketing, agency, or marketing environment_
_Experience executing major sponsorships and event properties_
_Strong project management skills _
_Disciplined approach to planning, flawless execution with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail_
_Ability to complete full project requirements from planning meetings, setting project objectives, sourcing and budgeting through to project execution with demonstrating ROI_
_Organized team-player with ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlines_
_Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities_
_Experience in ability to manage relationships with suppliers, agency, and partners_
_Strong knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch)_
_Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking_
_Essential, knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint_
_Flexibility to work overtime to attend events_
_Ability to operate in self-sufficiently and as a member of a collaborate team_

_ Preferred skills: _
_Knowledge of trends and evolving technologies in the field of telecommunications_
_Major in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or equivalent_
_Passion for sports & entertainment_
