LeverageTek is actively seeking a Learning Systems Coordinator for a 1-2-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work LocationRemote (if local to Toronto, may come into the Markham office for initial set up) Key TasksSupport the rollout of our new Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Module.Redevelop current training materials (Microsoft based content) into e-Learning courses using Oracle compatible software (e.g. Articulate).Upload resulting SCORM-compliant files and ensure functionality within the system.Create learning assessments for each course.Ensure all courses create completion certificates. Key QualificationsStrong design skills- ability to take existing training content and redevelop in compatible software of choice, using adult learning principals.Technical aptitude - experience with of Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Module functionality.Must have own software licence and experience in it's use. QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and toolsExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-HavesExperience with Oracle Cloud HCM - Learning Module.Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools Familiarity with migrating/maintaining training content across LMS platformsExperience setting up courses, enrolments, and assessments in Oracle or other LMS About LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply Since our company's inception in March 2003, LeverageTek Staffing Solutions has worked to become a trusted partner with our consultants and customers.
