Determine and implement restaurant service procedures by ensuring dine-in, take-out, and large order workflows are properly followed and adjusted based on daily operational needs. Recruit and oversee staff-related activities by assisting the employer with recruitment processes and overseeing on-the-job training to ensure staff can perform their duties independently and in accordance with service standards. Set and monitor staff work schedules by assisting in shift planning and monitoring employee performance during service hours, addressing operational or service issues as they arise. Control inventory and monitor revenues by tracking ingredient usage and reviewing daily sales summaries, and assisting management in modifying operational procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations by supervising staff practices and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Negotiate and coordinate supply-related matters by communicating with suppliers regarding delivery timing, order accuracy, and product availability, and reporting supply issues to management for approval. Negotiate and coordinate arrangements for large or special orders by confirming order details, preparation timelines, and service requirements with clients and ensuring internal teams are aligned.Wage$30 per hourWork Hours30 hours per weekRequired LanguagesEnglishEducation LevelHigh school diploma or equivalentRequired Skills and Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or comparable operational environment, where hands-on industry experience is considered a valuable asset Demonstrated ability to coordinate team members and oversee day-to-day operations in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to resolve operational issues effectively Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and general workplace health and safety practices Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends, as operational needs requireIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to
