What You'll DoEnd-to-End Ownership: Build foundational systems, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure scalability and reliability, and continuously iterate.High-Velocity Development: Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example. Participate in rapid code review cycles and multiple daily deployments.Proactive Contributor: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, responsiveness, and user experience.Mentorship & Growth: Guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions. What You'll Bring3-5 years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 2 years in SaaS web applications.Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), plus strong understanding of state management and component libraries.Experience working with GraphQL APIs and a solid grasp of backend systems.Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.Strong customer empathy - able to translate high-level requirements into impactful solutions.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaborative mindset - works effectively across teams to build high-quality, scalable products.
