This role will lead front-end development while contributing to backend services in Java. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that power our B2B platform.What You'll Do• Lead front-end development using TypeScript, React, and Next.js• Build and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers in Node.js integrating with GraphQL & REST• Contribute to backend API development in Java (Spring Boot)• Create scalable, responsive UI components with SCSS and Tailwind• Own code quality using Jest and React Testing Library• Participate in architecture discussions, propose technical solutions, and drive best practices• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, UX, backend engineering)• Mentor junior developers and provide code review leadership• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance and backend integrations• Support deployment and release cycles within CI/CD pipelinesRequired Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience in software development with deep expertise in TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Java (Springboot)- Has strong understanding of modular architectures, API design, and front-end performance- Has experience with GraphQL & REST API integrations- Has experience with AWS- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience in retail, digital commerce, or supply chain technology
