The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for performing dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on oral health, and assisting in maintaining a smooth operation within the dental office. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures for patients of all ages.
- Perform periodontal assessments and charting, documenting findings accurately in patient records.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist dentists during examinations and various dental procedures as needed.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Manage patient records , ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on patient care and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Able Dent or similar dental office management software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
