If you're an enthusiastic Registered Dietitian who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Home Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. As part of the Home Health Services team, the Home & Community Registered Dietitian services both adult and pediatric populations with option in specified travel zones within the communities of Haldimand/Norfolk/Brant. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates.

What you need to be successful

You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
You value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
Your bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset
