Are you a skilled Application Developer with Guidewire experience looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic team where you'll lead the design and development of complex business applications under minimal supervision.What You'll Do:Lead design and development of complex application features for medium to large initiativesDrive technical solution design collaborating with analysts, developers, and business partnersCreate and maintain clear solution documentation and ensure team alignmentOwn the full software development lifecycle from requirement review to deliveryIdentify and mitigate integration and dependency risks early onDevelop and configure software on enterprise frameworks while promoting continuous improvementConduct peer code reviews and mentor team members on coding best practicesSupport quality assurance through automated testing and test case reviewsFoster agile methodologies across the delivery teamWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of Guidewire application development experienceProficiency with current programming languages, web services, and databasesExperience with Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jira, and Confluence is a plusKnowledge of the insurance industry and Agile development environments preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiencesPassion for teamwork and delivering high-quality solutions
