Responsibilities
Sr. IVR Developer (10+ years exp.)
Develop, support, and enhance DTMF and Voice BOTs to improve customer experience in assisted service channels. This role is part of a transformational program to enable multiple business units. It involves both development and support of DTMF and Conversational IVRs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support DTMF and Voice BOTs; conduct unit/component testing.
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams for effort estimates and project planning.
Address and resolve issues affecting application integrity.
Collaborate with design, business, and tech teams in systems analysis, development, testing, and support.
Maintain quality code and ensure defect-free programming.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
Independently handle complex technical tasks and problem resolution.
Design reusable components and modules based on business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR development (CVP, Cisco Call Studio, Apache Tomcat).
Strong Java development skills with client backend integrations (REST APIs, OAuth2, MS SQL Server).
Knowledge of UCCE/ICM integration with CVP.
Experience in Voice BOT development (Google Dialogflow, Microsoft).
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
7x24x365 support experience in complex applications.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Experience with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile) in large-scale financial environments.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Expected hours: 40 per week
