As a Material Handler , you will be part of the production area, supporting materials management. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, enjoys learning and seeking permanent employment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Collingwood
Pay Range: $21.66 - $22.66/hr
What's you'll be doing:
- Bringing products to machine operators using material handling equipment
- Removing full bins from workstations and replenishing with empty bins
- General receiving and warehouse activities as needed
- Distribution of product and material within facility
- In-house forklift certification provided
What's Needed?
- Flexibility to work a Mid-Aft-Day weekly rotation (11pm-7am / 3pm-11pm / 7am - 3pm)
- Able to lift (up to) 50lbs, with some bending, reaching
- Enjoys a combination of walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching throughout the day
- Ability to work and adapt to a steady and at times fast-paced environment
- Regular wage increase
- Mon - Friday schedule (No weekends)
- Voluntary overtime (after 40 hours per week)
- Top notch training, friendly, welcoming and 'family' atmosphere workplace setting
- Exceptional record for safety and comprehensive training
