Teranet is owned by OMERS Infrastructure, a leading global infrastructure investment manager and the infrastructure arm of the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System.About the RoleTeranet Manitoba is currently looking for a Project and Change Manager. You will be responsible for successfully guiding Teranet Manitoba through the development, execution, and implementation of all projects and change initiatives. The core objective of the role is to ensure that each initiative delivers its intended business benefits, which may include:Revenue generationOperational efficiencyEnhanced client experience and engagementImproved employee experience and engagementWhat You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, changes, and enhancements that span multiple departments and stakeholder groups.Ensure project and change objectives are clearly defined, including the development of detailed business cases, project charters, and project/change plans.Apply recognized Project Management (PM) and Change Management (CM) principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, ADKAR, PROSCI) to ensure successful delivery and adoption.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from idea generation and business case development through planning, execution, and post-implementation reinforcement.Develop and maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including:Project plans and schedulesResource and staffing plansRisk registers and mitigation strategiesProject communication plansChange impact assessments and adoption strategiesProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on timelines, budgets, or stakeholder relationships.Track and report on milestones, deliverables, and project status, providing visibility to executive leadership and other stakeholders.Implement change management activities that transition individuals and teams from awareness through to adoption and reinforcement.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of project outcomes and sustainable change adoption.Act as a change advocate and role model, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness across the organization.About YouBachelor's Degree or Diploma 5+ years of experience in project management and/or change managementHands-on experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and applying formal project and change management methodologies. End-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management)Exposure to change management planning and executionWorking within a matrixed or cross-functional team environmentProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is nice to haveDemonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).Ongoing professional development in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leadership is expected.Why TeranetWe may be a global innovator in electronic services and solutions who operate one of the most advanced and secure registration systems in the world, but we're so much more than thatOur Extraordinary People.
