Their Winnipeg office is growing rapidly after securing multiple healthcare projects across the city.As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of one of these new healthcare projects and be fully supported by Project Coordinators, as well as dedicated teams in Health & Safety, Estimating, and Field Operations. This is an opportunity to lead impactful work while being backed by a strong, collaborative team.What You'll Do:Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.What We're Looking For:5-10 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional).Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Familiarity with construction principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.Experience with Procore is considered an asset.To apply for this job, click on "Easy Apply" at the top of this ad, or send your resume to .
