About the Role:We are looking for passionate and driven Trainee Engineers - iPaaS Support who are eager to starttheir career in technology. As part of our training and development program, you will gain hands-on experience in real-time support projects and be support projects along with multiple integration and automation platforms such as TIBCO, Boomi, Workato, Data Engineering, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI).Key Responsibilities: Undergo structured technical training in Integration, Automation, and AI Technologies. Work closely with project teams to provide application and system support for multiple customers. Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining solutions using Unix/Linux, Python, Java, andDatabase technologies. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently or under the guidance of senior engineers. Document processes, configurations, and learnings as part of the knowledge managementprocess. Provide support on upgrade and maintenance for the production and disaster recoveryenvironments periodically. Provide 24x7 customer support according to a roster schedule. Learn and apply concepts of API integration, cloud-based workflows, and datatransformation.Required Skills & Knowledge: Basic programming knowledge in Python and Java. Basic experience in Operating systems like Unix/Linux Understanding of SQL Database concepts . Interest in AI, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.Training Exposure:Selected candidates will be trained and mentored in: Integration Tools: TIBCO, Boomi, Workato Data Technologies: Advance SQL, ETL, Cloud Data Platforms AI & Automation Skills: Python for AI/ML, workflow automationEducational Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relateddisciplines. Experience range: 0 to 1 year
