Brainhunter is currently seeking "Appian Developer" to work for our valued Financial Service Client. The position requires the successful consultant to be on-site 3 days a week.If you're passionate about technology and driven by simplifying complex business problems to turn them into functional solutions, our Workflow, IDP and RPA team is looking for top talent to join our team. This team is accountable for delivering operational support for Client's global roll out of all things workflow, IDP and RPA based solutions to help with our day to day operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client experience.As an Appian Developer, you will apply your expertise and drive by providing development and operational/support services. You will work collaboratively closely with business leaders, senior architects, senior infrastructure engineers, and senior business/systems analysts to design, develop, deploy solutions at regular intervals, then focus on day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment, you're in the right place.Ways you contribute:Develop RPA BOTs leveraging Appian RPA capabilitiesRPA integrations with upstream and downstream applications - Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between and various third-party and legacy systems.Ensure highest quality solutions using code reviews, technical and performance testing, including providing feedback during code review meetings with Software DevelopersDelivery solutions by developing against stories around Appian RPA based initiatives throughout the companyProvides recommendations for enhancements/changes that may involve custom design, optional and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Appian based solutions/systemsSupports the technical troubleshooting and all aspects of solution implementation (all aspects of SDLC)Ensures solutions are enhanced, secured, and upgraded to evolve the roadmapPrimary Qualifications:Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or computer science or an equivalent combination of training and experienceHigh level of proficiency in Appian RPA developmentExperience with low code platforms such as Appian and experience in delivering applications from end to endExperience with logical data modellingPlan and organize software development work, and coordinate work for other team membersExperience on requirements analysis, design patterns, development best practices, methods, processes, tools, and approachesAbility to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.Strong communication skills with technology and business teams building collaborative relationships across department and business units, including ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, complex concepts to a non-technical audienceStrong analytical and excellent problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in financial services or working in a highly regulated environment is desirable.Agile delivery experienceWorking knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Gitlab an assetPrevious experience with ServiceNow is desirableHow to Apply: Please email your resume to Reema Kaur at We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates selected for Interviews will be contacted.
