We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Appian Developer/Architect to play a pivotal role in our software delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will not just build applications; you will be a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams, designing and implementing robust, scalable, and user-centric Appian solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our solutions are both effective and elegantly designed.Key Job Functions:Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications.Create and maintain various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modeling frameworks.Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.Validate the solution against best design practices, work on quick prototyping to get client feedback to achieve desired outcome.Perform Appian specific performance tuning efforts to ensure design implemented scales well for business need.Work closely with testers/QA teams and UI/UX team.Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews.Build Appian plugins and Appian embedded interfaces.Implement best practices for teamwork within a low-code environment.Leverage efficient expressions and data usage for high performance interfaces.Examine good User Experience practices across entire application plans.Identify best practices of quality assurance and testing practices.
