Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Manager to lead our SAP team through the final stages of our migration from ECC to S/4HANA and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations. As the SAP Manager, you will oversee the configuration of SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance, while leading a team of SAP professionals to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the final stages of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project, ensuring timely and successful completion. Oversee the configuration and integration of SAP modules, including SAP PM, MM, SD, PP, and others. Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the SAP team, business stakeholders, and external partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP system performance, user satisfaction, and business value. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP, with a proven track record of leading successful SAP implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including SAP PM, and their configuration and integration. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ECC to S/4HANA migration process. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of SAP professionals. English and Portuguese fluencyAbout the role: Full-time job - 40h/week.
