This is a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation project focused on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, replacing legacy SAP HCM systems.This role is ideal for an experienced HR technology leader who thrives in complex environments, excels in stakeholder management, and has a proven track record delivering large institutional HRIS implementations. About the OpportunityThis role sits within the Enterprise Applications & Solutions Integration (EASI) group and reports into senior SAP leadership. You will lead multiple interconnected workstreams tied to the modernization of core HR systems, including cloud migration, data transformation, integrations, testing, and enterprise rollout.This is a high-visibility role with direct engagement across HR leadership, IT leadership, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
