Safety Express Ltd, an Aramsco Company, has been serving its clients for over 35 years in the Abatement, Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning and Surface Preparation market.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager

OBJECTIVE
As a Regional Sales Manager, plays a pivotal role in driving our success within the designated region.

They are responsible for leading, inspiring, and optimizing the performance of our sales team, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Their mission is to drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic management and enhancement of all aspects of sales and general operations in your assigned region.


MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Team Support and Management

  • Resolve escalated issues and implement creative sales solutions.
  • Leverage territory data analytics for informed decisionmaking.
  • Develop new business relationships and strategies.
  • Analyze field data and reports for sales goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal partners for a strong customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication on critical issues.

Change Management and Team Development

  • Coach the sales team in change management initiatives.
  • Determine communication cadence for effective change management.
  • Foster the growth and development of managers and associates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and

Gross Margin Management:
Achieve sales and gross margin targets within the region.

  • Sales Recruitment and

Team Development:
Recruit new sales representatives and continuously develop the existing sales team.

  • Regional Sales and Gross Margin Planning (1 yr/budgeting): Develop and execute sales and gross margin plans; include budgeting and forecasting in planning.
  • Sales Team Structure: Structure the sales team effectively for outside sales activities.
  • Collaboration with

Regional Sales Leaders:
Collaborate with other regional sales managers for alignment.

  • Daily Sales Activities: Review daily notes related to sales activities. Monitor and support sales representatives' quotes and invoices to ensure competitive pricing and successful closings. Including examining daily invoices to identify and address any marginrelated issues.
  • Field Sales and Training: Spend at least 50% of time in the field conducting joint sales calls to provide training, gain new business, or grow existing business. Conduct monthly regional team meetings and cohost national sales meetings to share information on new products and create competition at the national level.
  • Individual Sales Representative Meetings: Hold biweekly oneonone meetings with each sales representative. Discuss sales and margin performance, open quotes, prospects, and challenges.
  • Pricing and Contracts: Ensure the team updates contract pricing quarterly. Ensure all customers have affiliated pricing contracts.

Product Promotion:
Ensure open and effective communication between teams and lead new product launches and adoption efforts in the region.

  • Proprietary Product Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a plan for selling proprietary products.
  • Industry Trends and

Performance Reviews:
Stay informed about industry trends and communicate them internally. Conduct annual performance reviews for sales team members.

  • Project Support: Assist with various projects and duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or relevant experience in a similar role
  • 5 Years Sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience in businesstobusiness sales.
  • Experience in the distribution industry.
  • Evaluating talent, building a team, coaching/mentoring a sales team.
  • Strategic with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Sales-I, or similar CRM.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Mobility: Travel within the region, including driving and potentially flying.
  • Stamina: Ability to handle a fastpaced, demanding environment with long hours.
  • Technology Use: Proficiency with devices for communication and data management.
  • Professional Appearance: Adherence to industryspecific dress codes when meeting clients.
