As an Outside Sales Representative based in Winnipeg, your mission is to find and close new business with a hunter mentality and approach.

Your success will be dependent upon your ability to prospect for business through incoming leads, referrals, cold-calling, existing personal network, conferences and any other means necessary.

Your polished written and verbal communication skills will be important when engaging prospects and effectively differentiating our services and value proposition from the competition.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, identify, and qualify business leads that meet 365's target client profile
  • Meet sales targets for new, recurring Managed Services revenue (MRR)
  • Track, manage, and update all prospecting activities and the sales pipeline in 365's CRM system.
  • Design and/or present proposals, presentations and necessary agreements for prospects
  • Attend industry, charity, or educational events for networking purposes
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Maintain technology and selling skills as industry changes
  • Increase sales by developing customer relationships in Winnipeg & surrounding areas
  • Partner with team members to develop solution approach and deliverables
  • Understand the details of and manage local relationships with partners

Key Performance Metrics
- $3,500 new MRR per month sales quota

  • Lead conversion time of 90 days or less
  • Last update goal adherence for leads
  • Average company deal size of 1550 users
  • Up to date sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years B2B consultative selling experience (technology, insurance, professional services)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a current, active pipeline of prospects
  • Ability to network and build relationships with influencers and decision makers at prospect organizations
  • Prior experience generating new sales leads from networking, referrals, dropins, and cold calls

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Commissions: 120% of new monthly service agreement amount at quota
  • Average deal size of $3,500. Commissions are uncapped.
