Retail Sales Specialist Full Time

Are you passionate about top brands and enjoy driving sales in retail environments? If so, this Retail Sales Specialist position is the ideal opportunity for you. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can collaborate with store management to boost retail sales and deliver client-driven merchandising that exceeds expectations. As a sales representative, you will engage customers, educate them on leading brands, and elevate brand awareness at major retail locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full distribution of authorized SKU's to meet client and company objectives
  • Communicate effectively with company management and customers
  • Execute "live orders" and promotional activities to increase sales volume
  • Maintain accurate shelf representation of client items
  • Manage stores within your territory to achieve client goals
  • Prepare reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or up to 2 years of experience in Retail, Client, or food broker preferred
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
