About the role:

As the Senior Planning and Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving Marketing revenue and pipeline planning. Collaborate across teams to meet revenue targets, expand sustainably, and tackle new business opportunities. Your analytical and creative skills will help shape strategic decisions influencing both Marketing and Sales plans.

In this role, you will:

  • Synthesize insights from various business areas for strategic planning
  • Lead analytics programs for marketing performance and growth forecasting
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams for synchronized planning
  • Partner with sales leadership for business analysis and growth opportunities
  • Drive operational efficiency and ROI on projects
  • Identify areas for growth and recommend strategic investments
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles in a global scaling environment

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 6+ years of analytical experience in Consulting, Finance, or Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into insights
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven track record of influencing results and building strong relationships

The ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience in B2B strategies and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools like Databricks and Google BigQuery
  • Knowledge of Data Science, machine learning, or Salesforce
