Job Description:
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Tracking productivity, costs, and progress on Ontario Line South.
  • Reporting site work activities.
  • Implementing quality control and ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Assisting in the coordination, preparation, and submission of as-built and design drawings.
  • Providing Management with project data and analysis.
  • Reviewing, creating, and presenting job cost reports.
  • Offering data and input for month-end reconciliation.
  • Maintaining files and correspondence.
  • Reviewing contract documents, construction drawings, generating procurement lists, RFIs, Change Orders, Permitting, traffic and land information, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or related field.
  • Capable of interpreting construction drawings and documents.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Lotus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized.
  • Flexible to meet deadlines.
  • Team player.
