Job Description Summary:


At STEMCELL Technologies, we are a team of scientists, researchers, and quality professionals dedicated to providing innovative solutions for cell culture and life sciences research.

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our Quality Systems team.


As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our audit program and building external partnerships, leading investigations, and mentoring a team and colleagues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our quality systems are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead investigations of nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Mentor and train team members and colleagues on quality systems and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement qualityrelated initiatives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and customers

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years' experience in the Quality industry in a regulated environment
  • Previous managerial experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and/or 21 CFR Part 820)
  • Willing and eligible to travel internationally 13 times per quarter to execute internal and external audits
  • Certification for lead auditor qualification would be an asset
