5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time
Pay Range:
Between $120 to $150 per hour (based on candidate's experience)

Oversee the program budget and the vendor relationships for key vendors who are supporting the implementation of Zero Trust.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of the program.
Lead organizational change management and training programs to promote a culture of security and the adoption of Zero Trust security principles.
Preparing and participating in executive and board presentations with updates and regular reporting on the Zero Trust programEnsure continuous improvement and alignment with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Other tasks as reasonably required by the Project Manager.
Current or former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), VP, or Senior Cyber Security Director
Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-million-dollar annual cyber security budgets.
Proven experience leading large-scale cybersecurity projects, with budgets in the tens of millions of dollars.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including roles in management and senior leadership.
Extensive experience in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs.
Strong background in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, and IT Disaster Recovery.
Experience managing and growing cybersecurity teams, with a demonstrated ability to scale teams effectively.
Proven track record of achieving high adoption rates for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., Strong project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on time and under budget.
Experience with regulatory compliance, such as PCI DSS and SOC audits.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership, audit committees, and risk management committees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
