As a Partnership Specialist at Amilia, you'll step into a pivotal role in driving our company's growth.

Your mission will revolve around identifying and nurturing relationships with key integration partners, thereby leveraging revenue-sharing opportunities and expanding our product offerings.

You'll be responsible for:

Partnership Development & Management:Actively seek and identify new integration partners to enhance Amilia's revenue potential and access new markets. Cultivate enduring relationships through proactive communication, maximizing ROI.

Initiative Leadership & Collaboration:Lead internal and external partnership initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, garner support, and facilitate development and implementation.

Marketing & Sales Support:Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to assist during sales opportunities and campaigns. Craft joint value messaging to empower partners in engaging prospects and customers.

Partner Enablement & Pipeline Management:Lead partner enablement initiatives and provide training on partner solutions. Track and manage the partnership pipeline, focusing on referral and co-sell opportunities to drive successful outcomes.

Integration Support:Collaborate with the product team to offer support to partners and prioritize integration projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and a unified approach.

Continuous Learning: Work closely with cross-functional teams gathering insight and refining partner strategies for ongoing growth and innovation in Amilia's partnership ecosystem.

Job requirements

What we want from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of business operations.
  • Have previous involvement in the technology sector, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in both French and English.
  • Display a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Have practical experience utilizing a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration terminology considered an asset.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
