**Description du poste**

Relevant du superviseur des opérations, le poste **de stagiaire exploitant d'immeuble adjoint (Montreal) **est un poste de début de carrière d'opérateur d'immeuble responsable du soutien opérationnel et technique. Le stagiaire, exploitant d'immeuble adjoint peut être chargé de l'installation, de la réparation et de l'entretien des systèmes de contrôle climatique et autres systèmes mécaniques d'un immeuble.

**Responsabilités**
- Veiller à la conformité avec toutes les règlementations gouvernementales en vigueur
- Se conformer en tout temps aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise tout en veillant au maintien des normes et efficiences de l'immeuble
- Se comporter de façon appropriée en tout temps et conserver une apparence présentable sur les lieux tout en remplissant les responsabilités du poste, conformément au code vestimentaire de QuadReal
- Effectuer et compléter toutes les tâches et responsabilités avec un minimum de supervision selon les échéanciers prévus
- Collaborer étroitement avec le personnel d'exploitation de l'immeuble afin de veiller à l'harmonie des opérations de l'immeuble
- Effectuer des inspections de tous les systèmes mécaniques, électrique et HVAC ainsi que de l'équipement connexe, dont entre autres, le traitement d'eau, les bouilloires, les thermopompes, les unités de toit, les climatiseurs, etc., sur une base quotidienne ou hebdomadaire et remplir les registres appropriés afin de veiller à ce que l'équipement soit maintenu en bon ordre de marche
- Procéder à des lectures quotidiennes de tout l'équipement principal tel que requis, entre autres les températures d'entrée d'air, les températures et la pression de l'eau, etc., documenter et inspecter les irrégularités dans les lectures
- Se familiariser avec tous les aspects de l'exploitation d'immeuble, entre autres, l'équipement HVAC, mécanique, électrique, la plomberie et la sécurité des occupants et veiller à ce que tout l'équipement et les systèmes soient utilisés de façon sécuritaire et efficiente, conformément à tous les codes et règlements gouvernementaux en vigueur.
- Effectuer l'entretien et les réparations mineures au besoin, entre autres, remplacement de courroies et de filtres, remplacement d'ampoules, entretien ménager des aires communes, des toilettes et réparations de la plomberie
- Mener régulièrement des inspections intérieures, extérieures et de la toiture de la propriété pour y déceler les dommages et effectuer ou prévoir des réparations
- Veiller à ce que la signalétique et l'éclairage soient en bon état
