We're excited to have you join our team. You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You'll establish, oversee, and improve all the operational activities of your restaurant.

Let's get into a few more specifics:

  • Create an environment where guests are happy. Motivate your team to spread positive energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience, and work efficiently.
  • Help train, manage, develop, and coach Team Members.
  • Help manage and optimize Team Member scheduling and labour hours.
  • Help maintain optimal food costs through portioning, purchasing, inventory, and waste controls.
  • Work with the team to provide operational results and reporting.
  • Help to maintain and implement all operational policies and procedures, safety protocols, and regulations.

  • Interest in promoting the Freshii mission and leadership skills to create a positive team culture.
  • Retail or quickservice restaurant experience in a fastpaced environment preferably in a managerial or lead role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
