There's an exciting opening at a growing organization for an experienced Endpoint Analyst for our Edmonton Client. As the successful candidate you will be accountable for vulnerability supervision, managing workstation and server operating system image creation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. You have in-depth experience with endpoint analysis, a proactive self-starter with solid communication skills. This role is located in Edmonton, AB., but is open to fully for remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVES:

  • 5 + years proven working experience in a similar role utilizing Microsoft Intune for endpoint analysis
  • Extensive working knowledge of Azure Endpoint Manager and/or Azure Desired State Configuration
  • Proficient working experience and knowledge to function as an Intune specialist (Intune primary management tool)
  • Advanced understanding of endpoint security
  • Strong ability with application packaging and deployment using SCCM and\or Intune
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with people and deliver outstanding customer service while being committed to understanding and growing corporate culture
  • Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues
  • Detail-oriented mind set and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with ability to embrace change and handle changing priorities
  • A Degree or Diploma in related field from a recognized post-secondary institute
