As our new Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for increasing our sales and market share throughout Southwestern Ontario. You'll maintain and solidify our existing customer base while prioritizing prospecting for new customers.
In a hybrid work environment that combines both remote and direct customer visits, you'll provide technical solutions and support to residential and commercial contractors in the water treatment industry.

You will receive valuable training in sales, product sizing and technical information as part of a collaborative team with a customer-focus.
Responsibilities
- You will respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally while demonstrating indepth product knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers with the intention of cultivating additional business while providing excellent customer service
- You will participate in training to build your product and industry knowledge and grow your sales skills
- Use knowledge and familiarity with company products to offer customers the features and benefits water treatment solutions to fit their needs
- Work to resolve any customer issues
What we are Looking for
- A minimum of 25 years of experience in direct customer service in the water treatment industry
- The drive to build ongoing relationships and sales growth with new prospects and customers every day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking directly to clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy work environment with strong attention to detail, work independently and stay on task
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with internal and external customers
- Persistent and resultsoriented with motivation for sales and customer service
- We appreciate and encourage independent decision making
- A valid driver's license
- Based in, or close to the Region of Waterloo
