They are responsible for managing store operations, ensuring financial success, fostering great teams, and creating a community hub. As a Store Manager, you will have the chance to:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in retail/customer service management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in a sales-focused environment
  • Effective leadership skills with the capacity to mentor team members professionally
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or GED

  • Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays, with variable hours
