Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique

Location : Baie D'Urfé, Canada; Hybride, 37.5 h/semaine

Description de poste

Le(a) Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique sera responsable des activités support pour le service client, transport et douane. Il(elle) agira comment premier point de contact auprès des transitaire et des coordonnateur(trices) logistiques tiers.

Principales responsabilités
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos Gestionnaires des opérations fournisseurs en fonction des commandes clients.
- Préparer et coordonner les expéditions pour nos affiliés à travers le monde, par voie aérienne, maritime et routière.
- Optimiser les flux logistiques, en collaboration avec les transitaires, et les entrepôts externes et internes.
- Anticiper les besoins logistiques, planifier le fret à long et court terme, s'assurer que le plan est suivi par toutes les parties prenantes.
- Suivi quotidien des priorités d'expédition et s'assurer que les expéditions sont conformes à nos exigences.
- Émettre et éditer les documents d'exportation, selon les exigences de chaque marché.
- Effectuer la saisie, le suivi des commandes clients et la vérification de l'ordonnancement logistique.

Qualités et compétences
- DEC ou AEC en technique logistique de transport ou dans une discipline connexe au poste.
- Expérience en logistique et transport international.
- Connaissance des douanes, un atout.
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel et maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels logistiques.
- Bilingue (oral et écrit) et excellentes aptitudes de communication.
- Connaissance pratique des réglementations légales et des exigences ISO.
- Bon sens de la gestion et de l'organisation.
