OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Brunos Signature. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to our recipes and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform delegated tasks from Head Chef
  • Day to day food preparation of the industrial kitchen producing home meal replacements
  • Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef
  • Maintain a prep list of station duties
  • Strictly adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required by the Head such as ordering.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 35 years of cooking experience in a fastpaced commercial kitchen is an asset
  • Culinary diploma/degree is required. Red Seal or equivalent is and asset
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Positive attitude and direct communication skills
