Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the Cardiology Technician will work closely with the cardiologists and staff.
Accountabilities:
- Daytoday performance of cardiac diagnostics testing
Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized cardiology technician program
- Current registration with Cardiology Technologists Association of Ontario/Canadian Association of Cardiology Technologists required
- Recent experience in all diagnostic cardiology modalities (holter monitoring and scanning, event recording, stress testing, ECG and ambulatory blood pressure)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension)
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Demonstrated organizational, critical thinking and problemsolving skills required
- Demonstrated commitment to patientfocused care required
- Highly motivated, selfdirected, responsible and accountable individual required
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites
- Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
