**Fonctions**
- Assurer une communication et une coordination efficace entre tous les départements impliqués, que ce soit au sein de l'équipe ou avec les équipes support (BI, Marketing, central Tech Team, QA, etc.);
- Transformer les objectifs de projets macros en tâches bien définies, avec des critères de succès clairs;
- Faire un suivi régulier et approfondi de l'état d'avancement afin d'assurer que l'équipe atteigne ces objectifs dans les temps et avec des standards de qualité élevés;
- Identifier et éliminer les bloqueurs, communiquer les risques aux stakeholders tout en proposant des solutions;
- Gérer les relations avec les contracteurs : communiquer les besoins, rédiger les contrats, s'assurer que les livrables arrivent en temps et en heure;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la pour l'ensemble des taches;
- Promouvoir le positivisme et développer un environnement de travail agréable et une excellente cohésion d'équipe.

**Expérience et qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires et/ou expérience équivalente;
- Minimum de 2 années d'expérience dans le jeu vidéo à titre de gestionnaire de projet, idéalement sur des jeux vidéos live et/ou free to play;
- Bilingue.

**Habiletés techniques**
- Expérience en planification et gestion de projet, avec des méthodes de production agile comme Scrum et Kanban;
- Compréhension du cycle de développement de jeux vidéo live, de la conception aux live ops (process, workflows);
- Capacité à diriger, mobiliser et influencer une équipe de travail en vue de livrer des résultats de qualité supérieure;
- Expérience en résolution de problèmes et gestion de conflits;
- Grand sens de l'organisation, habilité à faire le suivi et ne jamais laisser tomber les balles;
- Capacité à faire respecter les délais de production;
- Capacité à prioriser et s'adapter aux changements afin de respecter les délais, même sous la pression;
- Expérience avec JIRA et / ou d'autres logiciels de gestion de tache et de bugs.

**The team**

**Duties**
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all the departments involved, whether within the team or with support teams (BI, Marketing, Central Tech Team, QA, etc.);
- Transform the objectives of macro projects into well-defined tasks, with clear success criteria;
- Regularly and thoroughly monitor progress to ensure that the team achieves these goals on time and with high quality standards;
- Identify and eliminate blockers, communicate risks to stakeholders while proposing solutions;
- Manage relationships with contractors: communicate needs, draft contracts, ensure deliverables arrive on time;
- Work closely with the Producer for all tasks;
- Promote positivism and develop a pleasant work environment and excellent team cohesion.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the video game industry as a Project Manager, ideally on live video games and/or free to play;
- Bilingual.
