- Expérience notable en tant que ou associé.e
- Expérience dans un studio AAA, un grand atout
- Expérience avec un jeu _live_, un grand atout
- Expérience de la gestion du _Gameplay_ et _UI_, un atout
- Expérience avec Jira et Confluence
- Servir de force motrice pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe, en facilitant la communication, l'organisation et la responsabilisation au sein des équipes qui vous sont assignées
- Aider l'équipe à planifier en utilisant des méthodologies Waterfall ou Agile telles que Scrum (le cas échéant) et veiller à ce que les objectifs et les échéances soient clairement communiqués
- Créer, suivre et gérer les tâches afin de s'assurer que les calendriers soient maintenus et ajustés en fonction des _releases_, échéances et étapes à venir.
- Gérer et encadrer les producteurs juniors
- Collaborer avec les responsables techniques, la direction de projet et le reste de l'équipe pour déterminer les meilleures procédures à mettre en œuvre
- Déterminer, avec les directeurs, les chefs de projet et les autres membres de l'équipe, les besoins actuels et futurs de l'équipe.
- Servir de gardien du bien-être de l'équipe et favoriser une culture de la réussite.
- Motiver les membres de l'équipe en veillant à ce que les objectifs et les délais soient respectés
- Contribuer à la croissance de l'équipe Gameplay/UI/Visual Branding
