Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in closing warm and qualified leads for our synthetic grass installation and landscape construction services. You will be responsible for visiting customers on-site, generating quotes, and closing deals through ethical selling processes. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify warm leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
  2. Customer Visits: Conduct on-site visits to meet potential customers, assess their needs, and build rapport.
  3. Quote Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for synthetic grass installation and landscape construction projects based on customer requirements.
  4. Ethical Selling: Utilize ethical selling techniques to educate customers about our products and services, address their concerns, and offer solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  6. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with leads.
  7. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
  8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor information to effectively position our services.
  9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities using CRM software.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  11. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the operations team to continually improve our products and services.
  12. Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, handling multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and driven by results, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the landscape construction industry and familiarity with synthetic grass products is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits, as required.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to working in the office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
