We have an immediate opening for a
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE specialized in Sanitary equipment & Process piping to contribute to the development of the Ontario Canadian market.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Under the supervision of the Director of Sales ON-West, you will be responsible to stimulate interest in potential customers for QUALTECH Ontario Canada.

Through your activities, you will support our customers and consulting engineering firms in the assigned territories and develop new clientele to meet sales objectives.


Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support and bring technical expertise to our existing customers and consulting engineering firms in those territories.
  • Plan and organize technical presentations on our products with consulting engineering firms, end user engineering departments as well as customer plant personnel
  • Maintain and develop business with our existing customer base
  • Offer technical support to our customers;
  • Identify potential customers targets and implement the strategies to acquire them as customers
  • Participate in planning and promotional activities such as shows and conferences, technical presentations and special events
  • Participate in the proposal process;
  • Frequent travel throughout Ontario Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering technology, Instrumentation technology, dairy or beverage science, process piping or equivalent relevant experience;
  • 5 years of relevant experience in sales and at least 3 years in the process piping field;
  • Good knowledge of sanitary processes and piping
  • Good knowledge of Windows software
  • Ability to develop client schedule visits and update actions / communications
  • Driven to get results and self motivated
  • Must be available to travel up to 70% of the time in Ontario Canada
  • Customer service oriented a must
  • Passion to "Make It Happen"
