The Role - Manager/Senior Manager Software Development (hybrid or remote options)
We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to lead a team in creating, testing, and managing sophisticated software solutions. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and a drive to push boundaries using .NET, Angular, and Flutter.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing development team through projects from inception to launch with innovative approaches.
- Implement and manage development protocols using Microsoft tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with quality and security standards.
- Enhance product performance through strategic integration of Microsoft technologies and use of App Insights for analytics.
- Manage the development lifecycle focusing on Agile practices and CI/CD methodologies, including Terraform.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in software development, including mobile applications.
- Experience in a big tech environment.
- Expertise in .NET, Angular, Flutter, and Microsoft development.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Agile project management, and Microsoft App Insights.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Deployment knowledge of mobile and web applications.
- Experience with generative AI technologies.
Location:
Our headquarters are in Calgary with hybrid-flex or fully-remote options available across Canada.
