Activités principales

Aider le directeur du magasin à respecter le plan des ventes et des profits et les autres IRC en lien avec nos objectifs de rendement annuels, gérer l'équipe du magasin pour atteindre les IRC liés à leur rôle. Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l'entreprise et tenir l'équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus. Embaucher, former et évaluer les membres d'équipe pour obtenir des résultats, identifier les talents et développer les membres d'équipe et autres gérants de rayon en vue de possibilités d'avancement, utiliser les compétences de leadership pour le développement personnel continu. Encadrer les membres d'équipe et, au besoin, diriger le processus de gestion du rendement et de la discipline des membres d'équipe. Planifier la charge de travail, aider le directeur du magasin avec la planification et l'exécution de la charge de travail du magasin, superviser et diriger les membres d'équipe, ce qui comprend la programmation de leurs heures de travail, de leurs vacances et l'approbation de congés. Diriger et gérer le processus de flux des marchandises afin de s'assurer que les normes sont respectées. Diriger et gérer les programmes de gestion des stocks en magasin. Superviser l'exécution des planogrammes (POG). Diriger et gérer les opérations liées aux marchandises à l'échelle omnicanale. Diriger et gérer les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité. Superviser les normes de présentation visuelle de la marchandise en magasin et s'occuper de l'espace de présentation et des aménagements saisonniers. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l'engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres. Agir en tant que gérant en service (GES)

Environnement de travail

Environnement de magasin de vente au détail à prendre soin des clients; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés; il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions), l'atelier d'encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud, les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.
