Development and execution of our innovative brand positioning and marketing strategy that aligns with the Company strategic business objectives is a critical objective of the role.

The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, create and simplify processes, and simultaneously support and prioritize varying requirements/tasks impacting a growing organization.

You will work in collaboration with the CEO to execute a new and fresh vision for all company brands making us the trendsetter for the building products industry.*Responsibilities for this Role:
In collaboration with the CEO, implement an integrated external facing brand and communications and marketing strategy that drives key messages, brand awareness, positioning, key differentiators, and market engagement.

Relaunch the Company brand identity for all product lines externally with a focus on reigniting the product and 'passion' for exterior products and brand.

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Proactively scan competitors, peers and media channels to ensure our brand reputation is not exposed or threatened by changes in the market or public perception.

Work with regional sales teams to evaluate market opportunities and target audiences to accurately craft and execute marketing strategies and messages.

Works closely with the CRM operations and sales teams to review and optimize campaign performance, manage lead flow, and sales efficiencies.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Create and maintain a wide range of different marketing tools and resources such as product brochures, product guides, product specification, packaging, installation manuals, look books, presentations, feature sheets, branded documents etc.

Coordinate new product launch campaigns across multiple channels, both digital and traditional. Manage marketing channels including website(s), SEO, SEM, SMM, e-mail, public relations, and others. Work with partner marketing organizations across North America on collaborative product marketing initiatives. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with all levels of an organization. Develop and maintaining customer service relationships that support collaboration, with a wide variety of stakeholders. Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals.

Your Qualifications:
University Degree or Masters in relevant field is a must.
  • Previous marketing focused roles consistently for the past five to ten years.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing strategic branding and communications plans and developing multi-tactic marketing programs to advance an organization's mission.
  • Proven expertise in digital and social media best practices and platforms (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs) and analytic tools to measure effectiveness.
  • Practical product marketing experience, including product launch processes, message development and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience in all facets of digital marketing including paid search/social, organic social, SEO, e-mail marketing, automation, and campaign development. Experience working in a related industry (building materials or A/E/C) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Teams, WordPress and standard business software tools.What We Offer:
